541.02 TREE TRIMMING BY UTILITY COMPANIES.

(a) No public utility company shall trim or otherwise injure trees located upon city property without the consent of the Director of Public Service, subject to an appeal to the Tree Commission, whose decision shall be final.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
