515.13 CONTINUANCE OF PENDING PROCEEDINGS.

Any and all proceedings heretofore commenced under the previously existing Chapter 515 of the Codified Ordinances shall not abate or terminate, but shall be prosecuted and concluded in accordance with the procedures established by this chapter.
