509.06 ANIMALS PROHIBITED ON FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME PARADE ROUTE; EXCEPTIONS.
   (a)    No person being the owner or person in charge of any dog, cat or other domesticated pet or wild animal shall permit such animal to run at large or shall carry, bring or maintain such animal, on leash or otherwise, in or along or on the designated parade route of the Professional Football Hall of Fame parade, in or on Cleveland Avenue, N.W. from Tuscarawas Street West to 30th Street, N.W., or within or on any public street, sidewalk or park adjacent to or connecting into the designated parade route within 200 feet thereof, from 6:00 p.m. Friday evening through 12:00 noon on Saturday of the Professional Football Hall of Fame Weekend.
   (b)   This section shall not be applicable to law enforcement officers using K-9 dog units and mounted horses.
   (c)   This section shall not be applicable to owners or keepers of animals which animals are authorized entries in the Professional Football Hall of Fame parade.
   (d)   This section shall not be applicable to owners or keepers of guide, leader, hearing or support dogs for the handicapped while such dogs are being utilized by the owners or keepers for such purposes.
   (e)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
