All charges will be due and payable at the Office of the City Clerk as billed. Said charges shall be payable within sixteen (16) days following the mailing date of the statement indicating such charges, and if such charges are more than twenty six (26) days delinquent, the water service may be disconnected and a fee established by a resolution adopted by the Burley City Council will be charged for connection and turn on 1 .
