8-7-7-5: DISCONNECTION; RECONNECTION CHARGE:
Upon disconnection for nonpayment of bills, a reconnection charge in an amount established by a resolution adopted by the Burley City Council shall be charged and collected before sewer or water service, or both, shall be recommenced 1 . (Ord. 1357, 3-19-2019)
