6-1-5: RAILROADS:
   A.   Time Limitation For Holding Crossings: It shall be unlawful for the engines, cars, or trains of any railway company within the corporate limits of the City to stand upon any street crossing in any place so as to interfere with travel along said street at any time longer than five (5) minutes. (1974 Code § 8-701)
   B.   Speed Limit: Any person, firm or corporation who shall run or cause to be run any railroad locomotive, or railroad train within the corporate limits of the City at a greater speed than twelve (12) miles per hour, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be penalized as provided in subsection C of this section.    C.   Violation; Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 991, 10-11-2018)
