6-5-1: SUPERVISION; RULES AND REGULATIONS:
All parks and recreational areas operated and maintained by the city shall be under the supervision of the mayor and council, or their duly designated agent or agents. The mayor and council shall, by resolution or ordinance, from time to time, promulgate rules and regulations for the operation and maintenance of such areas, and shall have the authority to establish schedules of fees to be charged for the use of the same. 6-5-2: CITY PARKS:
City parks which have been named are as follows:
   A.   Jess O. Eastman Park: City park bounded by Maple Street, 6th Avenue, Poplar Street, and 8th Avenue.
   B.   Dr. A.F. McClusky Park: Lot 2 of Inventors 4th addition adjacent to Poplar Street.
      1.   The Alta Gannon Stage at McClusky Park. (1974 Code § 10-102)
      2.   The Buhl Centennial Skatepark at McClusky Park. (2010 Code)
   C.   Faris Field: Athletic field and lot 13 of Rodanbaugh addition, bounded by Linden Street, 13th Avenue, and Birch Street 1 .
      1.   Clint Faux Diamond: At Faris Field, northeast baseball diamond.
      2.   Carey Schmeckpeper Diamond: At Faris Field, southwest baseball diamond.
   D.   North Park: Athletic field adjacent to east side of Sawtooth Boulevard.
      1.   Kris Nungester Field: At North Park, west baseball diamond.
      2.   J.P. "Pat" Hamilton Field: At North Park, east baseball diamond.
      3.   Bobby Diercksen Field: At North Park, the north baseball diamond/soccer field adjacent to Sawtooth Boulevard and Clear Lakes Road.
      4.   Community Field: At North Park, the south baseball diamond/soccer field adjacent to Bobby Diercksen Field and Clear Lakes Road.
   E.   John Barker Memorial Park: Located in lot 2 of section 1, T10S, R 14 EBM near the Grove Subdivision 2 . (1974 Code § 10-102)
   F.   Rotary Triangle Park: Located on the east side of Main Street at the intersection of Main Street and Clear Lakes Road.
   G.   Rotary Centennial Park: Located on the south side of Sawtooth Boulevard at the intersection of Sawtooth Boulevard and Broadway Avenue.
   H.   Chamber Park: Located on the north side of U.S. Highway 30 at 716 U.S. Highway 30 E.
   I.   John B. Crawford Park: Located on the south side of Clear Creek Drive at the intersection of Clear Creek Drive and Milner Street.
   J.   Buhl Centennial Skatepark: Located within Dr. A.F. McClusky Park. (Ord. 962, 8-13-2012)

6-5-3: SKATEPARK:
   A.   Rules: The following rules shall apply to anyone and everyone using the Buhl Centennial Skatepark at Dr. A.F. McClusky Park:
      1.   The park closes at ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and thirty (30) minutes before and thirty (30) minutes after any stage production, if asked to do so by the sponsor of the stage production.
      2.   The park is unsupervised. Skate at your own risk.
      3.   Helmets are required for ages eighteen (18) and under. Protective gear (helmets, knee and elbow pads) is recommended.
      4.   No bicycles, scooters or motorized vehicles allowed. The park is designated for skateboards, in-line and roller skates only.
      5.   Skate within your ability and control, with the traffic flow.
      6.   Be respectful of others. The skaters' code of ethics is something to be proud of.
      7.   Take pride in your park and use trash containers. Skaters trash their boards, not their park.
      8.   All alcohol, tobacco, and drugs are prohibited in this park.
      9.   Vandalism, graffiti and tagging is prohibited. (1974 Code § 10-104)
   B.   Parent's Notification Of Violation: The parent(s) or guardian(s) of any person under eighteen (18) years of age shall be informed in person or by letter of any violation of the rules set forth in subsection A of this section by such minor. (1974 Code § 10-105)
   C.   Warning: In lieu of the penalty for failure to observe rules and regulations set out in subsection A of this section, any violators of these rules may be issued a warning and suspended from using the skatepark for a period of up to thirty (30) days. Should said violators not comply with the suspension or repeat the violation, the penalty of section 6-5-4 of this chapter may be applied. (1974 Code § 10-106)
