§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 94.01 shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class D Ordinance Violation.

   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 94.02 through 94.06 shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class E Ordinance Violation.

   (D)   Any person who violates § 94.20 shall be subject to the penalties provided for a Class C Ordinance Violation. In addition, such person shall be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairs or replacement of the sidewalk as provided in § 94.20(B).

   (E)   Any person who violates § 94.22 shall be subject to the penalties provided for Class E Ordinance Violation.

   (F)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.50 through 94.60 is responsible for a civil infraction and subject to a fine of $2,500. Additionally, the town may pursue all remedies for enforcement, including injunctive relief and all remedies for damages to town property or improvements.
