§ 94.02 RIDING OR DRIVING ON SIDEWALK.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to ride, drive any motorized vehicle on or across any sidewalk in the town, except in the necessary act of crossing the same.

(B) The use of a skateboards is prohibited on sidewalks and other paved areas within the town which are posted with signs prohibiting skateboards.
