§ 94.01 OBSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC WAYS.

From and after the date of passage of this section it shall be unlawful to obstruct, block or impede the flow of pedestrian or vehicular traffic; or create any condition which could block or impede the traffic, upon any town street right-of-way, alley right-of-way, or sidewalk right-of-way; or block or impede the use of any town easement.
