(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code.
(B) Excepting §§ 96.03 and 96.04 of this chapter, any person who violates any provision within this chapter commits an ordinance infraction as scheduled by the Ordinance Violations Bureau. As set out in § 34.20 of this code, a first offense is $25, a second offense is $50 and a third offense is $75 for violation of §§ 96.02, 96.05 to 96.08 and 96.10 to 96.12 of this chapter. All penalties shall be reduced by 50% if paid within 72 hours of notice to the offender.
