Programs and activities sanctioned, scheduled or sponsored through or by the Parks and Recreation Department have first priority for use of any town park (including athletic fields), park facility or park amenity. In the absence of a sanctioned, scheduled or sponsored program or activity, lawful use of any town park, park facility or park amenity will be on a first come, first served basis.
