§ 96.10 DESTRUCTIVE ACTIONS.
   No person shall intentionally, recklessly tamper with or negligently operate, destroy, damage, remove or tamper with any park facility or park amenity in a way that damages or may cause injury or damage to other persons, the surrounding town park, the park facility or the park amenity.
