§ 96.05 ANIMALS AND NATURE.
   (A)   No person shall engage in any form of hunting, trapping, injuring, killing or disturbing the nest, eggs or habitat of any kind of living creature within any town park.
   (B)   No person shall tie or tether any animal to a tree, plant or structure not specifically designed and designated for that purpose within a town park.
   (C)   While in any town park, all dogs must be controlled by their owners in compliance with Chapter 91 of this code or other such ordinances as are adopted by the Town Council.
   (D)   No person shall damage, injure, prune, trim, collect or remove any plant, tree or portion thereof, living or dead, from any town park, except on-the-clock town employees, contractors with the town, contracted employees of the town or volunteers approved by the Parks and Recreation Department.
