(A) No person shall operate or park a motorized vehicle (including automobiles, motorcycles, motorbikes, motor scooters, golf carts, snow mobiles or any other motor-driven device or vehicle) on any path designated for walking and/or the use of non-motorized vehicles.
(B) This provision shall not apply to the use and operation of a motorized wheelchair by a person who ordinarily uses such equipment, employees of the town on official business during the course of employment and persons providing emergency, search and rescue, medical or veterinary services.
