§ 116.22 LICENSE TO STATE WHERE BUSINESS TO BE CARRIED ON.
   Every license granted to any dealer in secondhand articles shall designate the house or place in which the person receiving the license shall be authorized to carry on the business.

§ 116.23 CHANGE OF LOCATION.
   (A)   In case any person licensed shall remove the place of business from the place designated in the license, such person shall immediately give notice to the City Collector and have the change noted upon the license.
   (B)   The number of the place of business shall be changed on the sides of the vehicles used by the licensed dealer to correspond with the new place of business.

§ 116.24 PURCHASE FROM MINORS PROHIBITED.
   No keeper of a secondhand store shall purchase any articles whatsoever from any minors without the written consent of the minor’s parents or guardians.

§ 116.25 HOURS OF BUSINESS.
   No dealer in secondhand articles shall purchase any goods, articles or things from any person between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

§ 116.26 ARTICLES TO BE HELD TEN DAYS BEFORE SALE.
   No dealer in secondhand articles shall expose for sale, sell or dispose of any article or articles within ten days of the time of purchasing the articles, nor until the articles have been in the premises at least ten days.

§ 116.27 DEALER TO REPORT LOST OR STOLEN GOODS.
   Every dealer in secondhand articles who has received or is in possession of any goods, articles or things which have been lost or stolen, or alleged or supposed to have been lost or stolen, shall on demand exhibit the same to any member of the Police Department or to any member of City Council.

§ 116.28 INSPECTION AND SUPERVISION OF DEALERS.
   The Chief of Police or any officer designated by the Chief shall have general supervision over all dealers in secondhand articles. The Chief shall also have power to inspect their respective places of business and all articles or things kept therein whenever the Chief shall deem it necessary so to do.
