§ 116.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation, partnership or other entity who violates the provisions of §§ 116.01 through 116.03 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $750, for each such violation.
