§ 153.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION; TITLE.
   This chapter is enacted in pursuance of the authority granted by the legislature of the state in 11 O.S. §§ 43-101 et seq., and shall be known as the “Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Bernice”, and shall be cited as such.
