(A) A violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $20, nor more than $200, for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any persons, firm or corporation violating any provision of § 153.015 of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $20, nor more than $200, not including court costs, for each day the violation exists. Each day constitutes a separate offense.
