1329.04 EXISTING INCINERATORS; AUTHORITY TO SHUT DOWN.

   Any existing incinerator may be shut down and the firing door padlocked, chained, sealed and tagged for lack of proper repairs, maintenance or operation prior to the six-month (6 mo.) grace period set forth in Sections 1329.01, 1329.02 and 1329.05.
