(a) No incinerator shall be constructed in or used in conjunction with any commercial building erected in the City after the effective date of this Chapter.
(b) The use of any presently existing incinerator in or used in conjunction with any commercial building shall, within six months (6 mos.) after the effective date of this Chapter, comply with the standards and regulations hereinafter set forth in this Chapter.
