(a) No incinerator shall be constructed in or used in conjunction with any apartment building less than four (4) stories in height erected in the City after the effective date of this Chapter.
(b) Existing incinerators in or used in conjunction with any apartment building less than four (4) stories in height shall, within six months (6 mos.) from the effective date of this Chapter, comply with the standards and requirements hereinafter set forth in this Chapter.
