9-5-7: MAINTENANCE OF SOD AND SEEDED LOTS:
All sodded lots shall be maintained to assure survival and all seeded areas authorized to be seeded pursuant to a seeding permit issued by the building director or assistant director pursuant to section 9-5-5 or 9-5-6 of this chapter shall be watered and maintained to assure the turf becomes established.
