All references to the Director, Building Director, Village Building Director, Village of Bartlett Building Director or Bartlett Building Director in this title shall be deleted and amended to replace any such term with the following term: "Building and Code Enforcement Division Manager".
All references to the "Building Department", "Bartlett Building Department" or "Village of Bartlett Building Department" shall be deleted and amended to replace any such term with "Building Division" or "Building and Code Enforcement Division" of the Planning and Development Services Department".
