A. License for Production: It shall be unlawful to operate a plant for the production of liquefied petroleum gases, or for filling containers with such gases in the Village without first having secured a license therefor.
Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk, and shall conform to the general provisions of the ordinance relating to business licenses. 1
No such license shall be issued unless the premises and equipment thereon to be used in such activity are in full compliance with the standards prescribed in N.B.F.U. Pamphlet No. 58; and it shall be unlawful to conduct or operate such activity unless all buildings and equipment used in connection therewith comply with the standards prescribed in that bulletin. B. License for Storage: It shall be unlawful to engage in the business of storing liquefied petroleum gases in the Village without first having secured a license therefor.
Applications for such licenses shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk, and shall conform to the general provisions of the ordinances relating to business licenses. The annual fee for such license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
No such license shall be issued unless the premises and equipment thereon to be used in such activity are in full compliance with the standards prescribed in N.B.F.U. Pamphlet No. 58; and it shall be unlawful to conduct or operate such activity unless all buildings and equipment used in connection therewith comply with the standards prescribed in that bulletin.
