Applications for such license shall be made in writing to the Village Clerk and shall conform to the provisions of the ordinances of the Village relative to license applications. 1
The annual fee for such license shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00); provided, that where such license is applied for by any person licensed to operate a quarry in the Village in accordance with the ordinances applicable thereto, the fee shall be ten dollars ($10.00). (1968 Code, §21.202)
