8-2-1: COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
It shall be unlawful to store, handle or offer for sale any flammable or volatile liquids in violation of any provision of this Chapter, and it shall be the duty of the Building Director, with the cooperation of the Police Department, to see to the enforcement of the provisions of this Chapter. (1968 Code, §§21.101, 21.102)
