It shall be unlawful to burn any garbage, refuse, leaves and other yard waste, or any other material outside of any building at any time in the Village. The foregoing prohibition shall not apply to the following:
A. The setting of fires for public safety or ecological purposes by governmental officials performing the duties of their office.
B. The burning of fuels for legitimate campfire or cooking purposes. (Ord. 75-46, 10-7-75; amd. Ord. 91-68, 9-17-91)
