7-2-6: INTERFERENCE WITH THE VILLAGE:

It shall be unlawful for any person or entity to prevent, delay, or interfere with the Village or any of its employees, contractors, or agents, while engaging in and about the planting, cultivating, mulching, pruning, spraying, or removing of any public trees. (Ord. 2018-72, 6-5-2018)
