6-4-313: RESPONSIBILITY FOR COSTS NOT RECOVERED:
   A.   Any costs incurred by the village of removal, impoundment or destruction of vehicles under this title not otherwise recovered, shall be paid by the vehicle owner except as provided herein to the contrary. (Ord. 2010-79, 10-19-2010)
