6-4-312: AUTHORITY OF POLICE TO RELOCATE VEHICLES:
In the event any emergency arises necessitating the removal of any vehicle upon any public way, members of the police department are hereby authorized to remove or relocate any such vehicle from one location to any other location. (Ord. 2010-79, 10-19-2010)
