The cost of the removal and storage of any vehicle removed from private property at the request of the owner of such property shall be paid by the owner of the property if the vehicle is not redeemed by the owner of such vehicle prior to its sale, if it is found after a hearing that he, she or it is responsible for such costs. The proceeds of such sale shall be used to reimburse the owner of the property who requested removal and who has paid the cost of removal and storage. (Ord. 2010-79, 10-19-2010)
