6-4-310: DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS OF SALE:
The proceeds of the sale authorized by this part, after deducting the costs of removal and storage and the expenses of advertising and conducting the sale shall be paid to the finance department to be deposited in the general fund of the village. (Ord. 2010-79, 10-19-2010)
