6-3-108: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this part shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (1968 Code § 16.009)
