4-2-4: DUMPING WITHOUT PERMIT PROHIBITED:
   A.   Permit Required:
      1.   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited any dirt, clay, earth, gravel, stones, broken concrete debris, or other similar materials on any public property.
      2.   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited on any property or to suffer or permit to be deposited on property owned or controlled by such person any old stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, water heaters, furnaces, other appliances, machinery, equipment, household furniture, furnishings or fixtures, or any similar items in any location in the Village, except in an area properly zoned and licensed for such purposes.       3.   It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit or cause to be deposited any leaves, grass clippings or snow by raking, shoveling, plowing or blowing onto any public street. (Ord. 86-24, 4-1-1986)
   B.   Penalty: Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 72-13, 10-3-1972; amd. 1984 Code)
