3-30-12: ILLINOIS VEHICLE CODE:

All vehicles owned, leased, and/or operated by licensee and/or any employee and/or agent of licensee subject to the provisions of this chapter, shall be maintained and operated in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Illinois vehicle code and all applicable village ordinances.
