Each ice cream vehicle shall also have a driver's identification card, including a picture of the driver, prominently displayed so that it is clearly visible to the customers. If more than one ice cream vehicle is operated by a licensee, each ice cream vehicle shall be designated by a different number, and such number also shall so appear on each side of such ice cream vehicle.
