Each vehicle owned, leased and/or subject to the provisions of this chapter operated by or on behalf of the licensee shall have affixed to said vehicle a current permit issued by the applicable county health department having jurisdiction over the licensed activities, and said vehicle and all storage and sales of ice cream and/or similar products shall comply with all applicable rules, regulations, codes, ordinances, and laws of said county health department.
