3-30-5: TRANSFER OF LICENSE:
No ice cream vendor license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be assignable or otherwise transferable. Any such assignment and/or transfer shall be null and void. (Ord. 2005-51, 5-17-2005)
