14-1-12: PENALTY:

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each such offense. Every day a violation continues may be deemed a separate offense by appropriate finding. (Ord. 2020-73, 8-18-2020)
