9-24-4: PUBLIC HEARING:

Upon application to the building department, the Bartlett Planning and Zoning Commission shall schedule a public hearing and shall give not less than fifteen (15) days' notice of such hearing in accordance with the requirements of the Bartlett zoning ordinance.
