9-20-11: IMPERVIOUS SURFACE:

All accessory buildings shall be calculated as part of the impervious surface requirements on a residential lot. The impervious surface for a lot cannot exceed the maximum percentage specified in the Bartlett zoning ordinance (title 10 of this code). (Ord. 2020-56, 6-16-2020)
