9-13-11: GARBAGE ENCLOSURES:

All structures enclosing garbage or trash containers shall be properly maintained, including all walls, doors, hardware, hard surface (concrete/asphalt) and screening, and shall be repaired or replaced if damaged, faded, rusted or has peeling paint. (Ord. 2020-56, 6-16-2020)
