9-13-4: GENERAL ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
Amend section 103.4: The code official or the employee charged with the enforcement of this code shall enforce all of the provisions of this code. The planning and development services director and/or building director, or his/her respective designee, is hereby designated as the code official for the village for purposes of this code.
