9-13-3: APPLICATION OF OTHER CODES:

Any repairs, additions or alterations to a structure, or changes of occupancy, shall be constructed and/or performed in accordance with the procedures and provisions of the Bartlett building code, the Bartlett zoning ordinance and all other ordinances of the village and the applicable state and county laws, ordinances, rules and regulations as amended from time to time.
