9-8-34: IBC SECTION 3011.1 MISCELLANEOUS HOISTING AND ELEVATING EQUIPMENT:

All miscellaneous hoisting and elevating equipment shall be subjected to tests and inspections as required by the AHJ to ensure safe operation. (Ord. 2014-46, 6-3-2014; amd. Ord. 2020-56, 6-16-2020)
