Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). In addition to any other penalties already provided for by law and this chapter, a person or store owner convicted of selling drug paraphernalia, or cannabis paraphernalia to persons under twenty-one (21) years old (unless allowed under the compassionate use of medical cannabis program act 1 or by the community cannabis vocation program 2 ) shall be subject to having his, her, their or its license to sell tobacco, alternative tobacco products, and cannabis, or any of them, revoked.
