3-33-4: IMPOSED:

Any person residing or operating within the Village who stores any trailer, semitrailer, or truck tractor, or who causes or permits any of his agents, employees, lessees, licensees or bailees to store any trailer, semitrailer, or truck tractor on a semitruck and trailer storage lot within the Village shall pay to the Village the tax described in this chapter. (Ord. 2020-13, 2-4-2020)
