3-33-2: ADMINISTRATION:
The Village Administrator shall administer collection of the tax imposed in this chapter and shall prescribe such regulations regarding payment and reporting of the tax as he or she may from time to time deem necessary. (Ord. 2020-13, 2-4-2020)
