3-3-16: OTHER ORDINANCES AND LAWS TO APPLY:
Nothing in this chapter shall excuse or relieve the owner, proprietor, or person in charge of any bar, tavern, restaurant or other place in the village where alcoholic liquor is sold, from the restrictions and requirements of any other ordinance or ordinances of the village or statutes of the state of Illinois.
